This means that you no longer need to call or email us to make a reservation, although you are always welcome to if you would rather talk it through with someone.
Our new booking system is intuitive and easy to use. Customers can choose the size of storage they require, the duration of storage, and the date they would like to start storing their items. The system will then provide a quote for the storage along with any additional services, such as packing and dismantling of furniture. Customers can then pay for their reservation securely and conveniently online.
If you are not sure how much storage you need, there is a calculator on our storage pages that turns a room by room list into a number of containers. Each container measures 155 cm wide, 215 cm deep and 245 cm tall, which is around 35 square feet of floor space. As a rough guide, one container takes a large bedroom or a studio flat, two suit a one bedroom flat, and three cover a two bedroom property.
A new removal booking form
In addition to our new booking system for storage services, we have also added a new removal booking form to our website. This form makes it easy for customers to book our removal services directly on our website.
Customers can provide details about their move, including the date, the address they are moving from and to, and any additional services they require. We will then provide a quote for the move, and customers can book and pay for our removal services directly on our website.
For anything larger than a single room we will still want to survey the job before confirming a price, either in person or by video, because volume and access are what a price actually depends on. The form is the quickest way to start that conversation.
A new look
We have also updated our logo to reflect the new look and feel of our website. Our new logo is sleek, modern and easy to recognise. It reflects our commitment to providing high quality storage and removal services to our customers in London.
Faster and simpler to use

The areas we cover page lists every location we work in, with separate pages for removals, man and van, packing, storage and handyman work depending on the area. And the packing shop sells boxes, bubble wrap, tape, wardrobe cartons and mattress covers, delivered to your door, whether or not you are booking anything else with us.

Our new website makes it easy for customers to choose the services they require and to book and pay for those services directly on our website.
